Presenting Tips Infant Formula

In bottle feeding, the mother should look at ways of presentation. Serving size is not appropriate, such as dissolving milk powder, can lead to the emergence of the risk of malnutrition or kidney damage.

Do not be given to children if:

     - Milk powder is damaged, the putrid smell, the color changes for example from white to brown or yellowish gray, or any lumps.
     - Liquid milk already smells sour and the textures seem 'broken' and rather thick.

Observe how to present, especially for milk powder. Serving size is not appropriate, such as dissolving milk powder, can lead to the emergence of the risk of malnutrition or kidney damage.

    -  Cook for solvent water for infant formula, including water in containers or dispensers, until boiling, then let stand for at least 3 minutes before the flame is turned off. Let stand 10-15 minutes in a sealed container so that its temperature down to about 70 oC.
    - Clean the table to be used as a place to prepare infant formula.
   -   Wash hands with soap and running water, then dry.
   -   Pour water into the earlier prepared cups / bottles that can be spent as a child. For the first year, use the water so obtained 250-300 ml of milk for one drink.
    -  Add powdered milk with an appropriate dose, then stir until well dissolved.
    -  Cooled quickly by immersing the container of milk in cold water, or water flowing. When it feels warm or hot, ready to milk drunk.
    -  Milk formula that has dissolved must be taken and spent to avoid possible contamination within 2 hours.
